During my second year at The University of Pittsburgh, I took a class centered around business communication. Early in the semester, we were asked to research potential jobs and internships that seemed like they could be a good fit. After searching for a while on Handshake, I came across the Digital Marketing Internship at Responsival. I was immediately intrigued and jumped right over to the website to learn more about the company. When I read the “What we do” and “Who we are” sections of the site, I knew this was something I needed to pursue at some point. I am so excited to now be part of the team, almost 9 months later!
I strive to come up with minimalistic, simple ideas and/or changes that can help take businesses to the next level and stay relevant. Since the pandemic, I’ve realized the importance of constant change and adaptability to both economic and popular trends for businesses worldwide.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my close friends and family. Often when I need a break, this is the first thing that comes to mind and I can always count on that to unwind and have a laugh. I also love going for walks, possibly grabbing a coffee along the way. I really enjoy being outside, especially now that the weather is warming up here in Pittsburgh ☀️ I'm currently researching other remote resources to grow my knowledge in both digital marketing and design. I'm looking forward to completing outside certifications/workshops in the future, to expand my knowledge and skill set even further.
Though I'm not overly passionate about the subject and could probably be persuaded with a good argument, I would personally never think of a hotdog as a sandwich. However, if it was categorized on a restaurant menu as a sandwich I’d say that’s acceptable because that’s what it most closely resembles. Way too many conflicting opinions for me LOL.
