Thus far, 2020 has thrown us all a curve ball. It’s been an exciting journey for Responsival, but we know that many of our small business partners are still on the search for digital strategies to support them through these unprecedented times.

Over the past several months, we reevaluated our business model and implemented a number of changes to better serve you + your needs:

  1. We welcomed another dedicated account manager to our staff, Nathan Teacher. Being responsive to you has always been our #1 priority. With your growing needs, we decided our team needed to grow too. Nathan is a new point of contact for website + marketing clients and is dedicated to your ongoing success. If your account is assigned to Nathan, you will receive an introductory email in the coming days.
  1. We streamlined our monthly service tiers into 5 base-service offerings. We created the 5 plans based on recent market trends and in response to the COVID-19 landscape. We understand the changing digital environment and want to bolster our ability to offer you all the best services.
    While a great website is the cornerstone of your digital presence, it’s not enough to just have a great website. Among numerous other online strategies, businesses need to expand their digital footprint online using social media, paid advertising, and content creation. The new tiers are designed to serve your business at each step of this journey, providing you with a solid foundation for an effective digital presence. If your account manager has not reached out to you already, contact us to discuss the tier changes + how they can impact your business.
  1. We introduced Compliance Service Solutions to our service options. The web is evolving, and with that data privacy and the requirements for websites are changing. Things like the ADA, GDPR, and CCPA are changing the requirements for websites, and our Compliance Service Solutions help you maintain compliance with new and future legislation. If you’re interested in adding this to your existing service, please contact your account manager.
