Position Details

As a Client Success Manager, your primary role is to create a great ongoing experience for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and sustaining strong relationships with our partners and clients, answering client questions and assisting clients to optimize their digital experience with the assistance of the Design and Marketing teams. As the primary point of contact the ideal candidate will be comfortable making data-based analytical suggestions in a calm, professional, and personable manner.

To be successful in this role, you should have solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, content, and social media among other channels and how those efforts can contribute to a client’s strategy and performance.

day to day overview


  • Managing client relationships and ensuring accurate and timely project completion for clients
  • Proactively reach out to Responsival’s existing client base to ensure needs are met and notify of new services and improvements for their business. 
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a personable, customer-focused approach to help clients.
  • Coordinate with team members to plan, execute and complete projects, updates and new services in a timely manner. 
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI, optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO, and suggest new social media strategies to new and existing clients.
  • Be comfortable and knowledgeable in explaining analytical analysis of the website and marketing ecosystem and make suggestions for improvement, when appropriate. 
  • Analyze digital campaigns success and keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
  • Perform basic website updates in Webflow, Wordpress, and Shopify when needed for clients
  • Represents company at important business functions, community events, industry training and events, and networking opportunities.
  • Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Any other duties not listed here but that the company feels adequate for the employee’s role or expertise, as approved by the executive team.
what we expect


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager,  Marketing Assistant or similar Digital Marketing role
  • Excellent client-facing and internal listening, negotiation and presentation abilities through either written or verbal communication to provide client-focused solutions to customer needs. 
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, techniques and platforms including SEO, social media platforms, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Willingness to learn new CRM and project management software
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing 
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field


Between $40,000-$46,000 depending on experience level and tenure PLUS the opportunity for commission and a $1,000 signing bonus.
