Account Manager

• Managing client relationships and ensuring accurate and timely project completion for
• clients
• Proactively reaching out to Responsival’s existing client base to check in with them and
• make sure their needs are met
• Proactively reaching out to clients to notify them of changes happening at Responsival
• and inform them of new services being offered
• Manage Service Tickets and coordinate with team members as needed to get tickets completed in a timely manner
• Perform website updates in Webflow, Wordpress, and Shopify when needed for clients
• Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to our clients
• Perform analytics reports and review calls with clients when applicable
• Represents company at important business functions, community events, industry training and events, and networking opportunities.
• Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
• Any other duties not listed here but that the company feels adequate for the employee’s role or expertise, as approved by the executive team.

• Experience working in account management a plus
• Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn new CRM and project management software
• High level of organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Must own a laptop
• Proven people skills and the ability to hold a conversation a must! A passion for helping and serving the best interest of the client. Be comfortable and embrace speaking to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience with CRM software a plus, but not required.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
• Google Analytics experience strongly preferred
• E-commerce management & analytics experience a plus but not required
