Digital Marketing Intern

We’re looking for digital marketing specialists that are passionate about building, maintaining and managing the reputation of our clients. REQUIREMENTS
Excellent oral and visual communication, proficiency in a range of research methodologies, as well as analytical and creative thinking
2 years of experience with UX research methods
Seeking a BA/BS or MA/MS in User Experience, Interaction Design, Communication Planning, Multimedia/Graphic Design, Marketing, Psychology, Computer Science or similar degree

Project Manager

Do you have a passion for telling stories to promote and build brand relationships?

The Project Manager manages key client website, software, or development projects from close-of-sale through completion. A successful project manager will rely on his or her applicable experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. He/she will be able to multitask effectively across projects, lead, and direct the work of others.

Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. He or she will oversee all aspects of projects: set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Finally, he or she will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. He or she will coordinate with all other departments as needed to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected in a potential candidate. A good Project Manager enhances the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. He or she must be responsive and solutions-oriented in both client-facing and internal communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
‍Help us build award winning websites for our clients
Get comfortable with web design supporting documentation: Sitemaps, style guides, user flows, wireframes, and visual mockups
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage and own the relationship with the client and all stakeholders while in production
Meet with clients as needed to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in project management a plus
Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills
High level of organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

What does an Associate Designer do?

We are looking for an Associate Designer to create engaging designs according to project requirements. You will work under the supervision of our Director of CX and Lead Project Manager to produce high-quality work for our web and digital marketing clients.

REQUIREMENTS
Own a computer with the Adobe Suite and/or Sketch installed strongly preferred
Proficiency in Adobe Suite of products, Sketch, Webflow, or Wordpress a huge plus
Strong passion for design, UX, and website optimization

Can provide sample work in some format
Required to work from office for the initial 30-60 day training/onboarding period

Account Manager

Do you have a passion for client service and building lasting relationships?

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with our customer base, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing sales and analytics reports. Account Managers will also be responsible for answering client questions and serving the client first and foremost. The primary function of this role is to provide a great ongoing experience for our clients.

If you are familiar with account management software, have a flair for client communication and have an interest in digital marketing analytics, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will have fantastic people skills and have a passion for client service.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. A ‘buck stops here’ mentality
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
Prepare analytic reports on account status
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Collaborate with the executive team to identify and grow opportunities
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations to the executive team as needed
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet revenue goals
REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in account management a plus
Excellent client-facing and internal written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn new CRM and project management software
High level of organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Proven people skills and ability to hold a conversation a must! A passion for helping and serving the best interest of the client. Be comfortable and embrace speaking to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs a plus
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Sales or relevant field
Google Analytics experience strongly preferred
E-commerce management & analytics experience a plus but not required
